Affiliate Terms

The terms governing The Pep Hub affiliate and referral programme.

Last Updated: February 20, 2026

The Pep Hub may offer an affiliate or referral programme ("Programme") that allows eligible members to earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their referral links. By participating in the Programme, you agree to the following terms, which supplement our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Programme is open to individuals and organisations who have been approved by The Pep Hub. The Pep Hub reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion, and to revoke affiliate status at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms or our Terms of Service.

2. Commission Eligibility

Eligibility for commissions — including commission rates, qualifying purchases, and payout thresholds — is determined by The Pep Hub at its sole discretion and may be modified or revoked at any time without prior notice. Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded qualifying purchases made through your unique referral link.

  • Self-referrals and purchases made through your own affiliate link are not eligible for commission
  • Commissions are not paid on cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders
  • A minimum payout threshold, as published in your affiliate dashboard, must be met before payment

3. Payout Schedule

The Pep Hub reserves the right to determine when and whether affiliate payouts are issued. Payouts may be withheld, delayed, or forfeited if The Pep Hub determines, at its sole discretion, that any Programme terms have been violated or that referral activity is fraudulent, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. Payouts are made in GBP (£) via the method specified in your affiliate account.

4. Affiliate Advertising and Content

You are solely responsible for all content, advertising, claims, and representations you make in connection with the Programme. The Pep Hub is not responsible for, and does not endorse, any statements, marketing materials, social media posts, or other content created by affiliates.

All affiliate content must comply with:

  • These Terms and our Terms of Service, including the prohibitions on health claims, dosing information, and representations of human or animal use
  • UK advertising law, including the CAP Code administered by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA)
  • Clear and conspicuous disclosure of your affiliate relationship, in accordance with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008

Affiliate links and promotions must not imply that products are intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or any purpose other than laboratory research.

5. Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates must not:

  • Make unsubashed health, medical, or therapeutic claims about any product
  • Provide dosing instructions or recommendations for human or animal use
  • Use spam, unsolicited email, or deceptive advertising to promote referral links
  • Bid on The Pep Hub brand terms in search engine advertising
  • Represent products as suitable for human consumption or veterinary application
  • Use coupon or discount sites to redirect traffic without prior written approval

6. Termination of Affiliate Status

The Pep Hub may suspend or terminate your participation in the Programme at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited. Violation of these Terms, our Terms of Service, or applicable advertising law may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Pep Hub, its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your affiliate activities, including any content, advertising, or representations you make in connection with the Programme.

8. Modifications

The Pep Hub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Programme at any time without notice. Continued participation in the Programme constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

9. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
